SHIPPING POLICY
Local Pick-up:
Local pickup is available Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
Orders placed after 1:30 will be fulfilled the next business day if items are in stock. An email will be sent when items are ready for pickup.

Shipping:
Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another confirmation when your order ships. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping costs determined by shipper.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@globalfamilygoods.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
